The Bellevue Guest House is part of a Georgian Terrace built in 1835. It is set in the South side of Edinburgh's elegant and famous Grange.

Minto Street, with its wide carriageway, lies within 15 minutes' walk of most city centre museums, art galleries, and Edinburgh Castle, making the Bellevue one of Edinburgh's most central Guest Houses.

There is an excellent bus service outside the Bellevue, with a bus almost every five minutes. Princes Street is a ten-minute bus ride away.

You can easily reach the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace, the Royal Botanic Garden, the Playhouse Theatre, Edinburgh Festival Theatre, Waverley Railway Station, Edinburgh Zoo, Murrayfield Rugby Stadium, and also Leith Docks, where you can visit the Royal Yacht Britannia.

You can walk to the Royal Commonwealth Pool, if you are seeking to keep fit, or to use a sauna, Jacuzzi, exercise bike, etc. You can also walk to Edinburgh University and the outstanding McEwan Hall, and we are close to the Royal College of Surgeons, too.

Our guest rooms are tastefully decorated and finished. The house has enjoyed major refurbishment to a high standard. All rooms are fully en suite, and the house is totally non-smoking.
